Dione Clarke-Adams
Yoga Instructor and Meditation Soul Coach Dione is a movement enthusiast who helps her students and clients build a stronger connection to their bodies through accessible practices in a trauma informed approach. In addition to her own personal yoga practice over the last 16 years, Dione has led more than a 2000 hours of yoga classes, workshops, private sessions and retreats; and has completed over a 1500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and Trauma Informed workshops with certifications in Hatha, Functional, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga and Vipassana and Mindfulness meditation. |

7 Nights at the serene Eco Lifestyle Lodge boutique hotel. Bohemian style accommodations adorned with local art, ensuite bathrooms, sitting area, kitchenette and panoramic ocean views.
Healthy gourmet meals daily, derived from locally sourced ingredients and crafted by Eco Lodge renowned chefs. *Brunch and dinner Include fresh juice, tea or coffee.
Two yoga practices per day, open to all levels of experience. A morning practice as well as an afternoon, all containing a variety of movement ranging from hatha, slow flow, vinyasana, yin and restorative.
Daily mediation practices. Perfect for those who are interested in or now building a meditation practice as well as those who already have an established practice. Both yoga and meditation will be held on a beautiful ocean front deck.
Off site excursions that will allow you to submerge yourself in the Barbadian culture and explore the country and its history.
A healing workshop providing you with tools to continue nurturing once you return home.
