Mentorship
“Each one teach one”, an old African proverb whose origins date back to slavery, when African slaves were denied the right to an education. Instead they taught themselves. When one person in the community learned how to read or write it was their responsibility to pass that knowledge on to the next. This principle is one that I was raised by, continue to live by and the foundation of my mentorship training

As teachers it is not uncommon to give more of ourselves than we replenish. Group sessions offer a great opportunity
for team building while developing personal practices focused on self exploration and self care.

Teacher Trainings
The Soulful Journey: Mindfulness, Movement and Spirituality for Social Justice training, was developed as a response to my own personal journey in the wellness community and the scarcity of accessible practices and inclusive spaces.
This program is a great addition to a 200 hour or 300 hour yoga teacher training curriculum.
Mentorship Program: Includes 10 sessions (1.5 hours per session), 20+ hours of home self study/practice.
